A Special Memento from Meresworth

After the sad passing of one of Meresworth’s residents, the family told the home that they didn’t want flowers for their father as it wasn’t something he would have wanted. His key worker, Grant, had developed a good relationship with him and they often spoke about football and their mutual love of Watford Football Club. All in the home agreed that they wanted to give the family something for the funeral so Grant got the Watford FC shirt and took it around all of the care staff in the home to sign so that it could be given to the family at the funeral as a personal memento from all of those who had cared for him.
