Anson Court

My name is Jade Toyloy and I've been working in the health and social care sector for many years. I've worked in different roles, in different care settings, gaining a wealth of experience in learning disabilities, elderly care, palliative care, nursing and residential care.

Each day is different and hosts meaningful moments. I thrive on finding different ways to enhance the person centered care that we provide to our residents.

I have worked with Quantum Care for many years now, having progressed through my time from a care worker to a senior progressing on to my current position of Deputy Home Manager. I'm experienced and hold a number of different qualifications particularly in the fields of Dementia, Safeguarding and Medication all of which help me apply a wide variety of skills and knowledge to my role.

I am extremely passionate about my role and always strive to provide outstanding, person-centred care to our residents whilst ensuring the staff are supported in providing their best at all times. I also aim to provide excellent support to the friends and families of our residents ensuring I am a key point of contact for any required support.

I have worked for Quantum Care for many years and have progressed to the role of Housekeeping Manager. This is a role that I really enjoy; it is rewarding to know that I can make a real difference to our residents' lives. I also pride myself on making sure the home is safe and secure for all those live and work ay Anson Court.

I enjoy getting to know the residents and their visitors and love the fact that no two days are the same.

I enjoy working at Anson Court and it gives me great pleasure to see our residents enjoying the freshly prepared meals produced by me and my team.

I have worked for Quantum Care for a year. Anson Court is a lovely home to work in and I enjoy meeting the residents and their families and helping where I can. We work as a team and support each other.
