    Blessing Gurure

    Home Manager

The Home Manager runs all aspects of the home and ensures that the home provides a high standard of care. While each Manager brings their own flair to the role, they do all have some qualities in common, especially their leadership and organisational skills. The role is very varied, involving plenty of resident interaction alongside the more administrative work to keep the home running smoothly. Our Managers typically hold, or are working towards, a relevant qualification and have proven experience in caring for older people.

    Rachel Cross

    Deputy Manager

Deputy Manager’s will each bring their own skill set to the home, some offering more assistance with the business side of things while others focus largely on care. However, whether they look at it from a business or care perspective, the focus of the Deputy is always to ensure that their home is offering the very best quality of life for our residents. Experienced and either holding or working towards their qualifications, Deputy Managers are driven to providing the best of everything for their residents.

    • Anson Court Day Care Testimonial

My mother attends the day centre twice a week. The staff are amazing and she is always welcomed with a big smile. The care and attention she receives is wonderful and she is so happy to attend. There is always a lovely atmosphere and I feel secure in the knowledge that she is safe and happy and having lots of fun. It gives me such peace of mind. She eats really well while she is there and the staff have gone to a lot of trouble to encourage her when she has gone through phases of not being so keen. Thank you.

    • Anson Court Respite Care Testimonial

My husband has just had a respite stay at Anson Court. This was our first respite break since my husband's dementia diagnosis many years ago and I was naturally apprehensive about how he would settle in. However, the whole Anson team showed the utmost professionalism and understanding. It was reassuring to know that I had left my husband in the hands of such skilled and caring individuals. I am in awe of them. My sincere thanks to all at Anson for the care and attention they gave to my husband.

    • Anson Court Testimonial

There are always so many activities going on or people for Nan to talk to, which is great. She really likes all of the staff, they are very friendly and always willing to help her with her care. If I ring to check on her all the staff know who she is and how she is doing. The manager has a very caring manner and knows the residents well. She has been extremely kind and accommodating to our family and we are so pleased with the care Nan is receiving.
