Belmont View Development Update

The two extensions at Belmont View are proceeding on slightly offset timescales, with the single storey Extension ‘A’ to the front currently being boarded out internally, so that the formation of the five bedrooms, lounge/diner, lounge and ancillary rooms can be clearly identified now. This area will be ready for fitting out mid-December, allowing access to prospective residents for viewing purposes. The main kitchen will be upgraded during November in readiness for the extra residents. The Team is working hard to maintain the scheduled handover prior to Christmas, with fit out following in the New Year.
