Belmont View have made Quantum Care history!

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Belmont View has been awarded the first ever overall Outstanding inspection rating for a Quantum Care home and we couldn’t be prouder. CQC inspectors visited the home in February and the report was published this week.

Throughout the report, the inspectors noted the commitment and dedication shown by the staff at the home and were so impressed that they gave them three Outstanding stars. They noted “All staff went out of their way to respect people as individuals and provided exceptionally compassionate care to all”. The whole report is glowing, and reflects the fact that Belmont View is a shining example of excellent care which is delivered by staff who exemplify our core value that residents are at the heart of all we do.

Today the team were joined by the senior team of Quantum Care and the Chair of the Board, as well as Iain McBeath, Director of Adult Care Services from Hertfordshire County Council, and County Councillor Mark Mills-Bishop in a celebration of their fantastic achievement.

Chief Executive Maria Ball said “ I would like to extend my congratulations to Sharon, Dawn and the whole team at Belmont View on such a fantastic report. It is testament to the hard work our dedicated care team puts in day in, day out and I am immensely proud of them all”

Iain McBeath said “ I am delighted that Quantum Care have become one of the select few to receive an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commisison. This only comes with hard work, dedication and genuine care from the staff and the Manager. Congratulations to Sharon and her team”.

County Councillor Mark Mills- Bishop said “As a Councillor in the Borough of Broxbourne, I am very proud of the achievement of Belmont View.
