Belmont View Rated Excellent

We are delighted to announce that Belmont View was inspected on Tuesday 23rd March by the Care Quality Commission, and has once again been awarded the top 3 Star 'Excellent' status. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of all health and adult social care in England. Their main aim is to make sure that essential standards of safety and quality are met wherever health and social care is provided. Quality rating, represented by a number of stars, is awarded to services following an inspection, to indicate the overall quality of the service provided. Belmont View was first awarded a 3 star Excellent service in 2007. This latest inspection was a follow-up, and once again confirmed that the Care Home is meeting the highest of standards. In her feedback to the Home Manager, the CQC Inspector complimented the staff / resident interaction and was impressed with the person centred approach she witnessed. Home Manager Karen Parker said "we are absolutely ecstatic that we have maintained our Excellent status. Here at Belmont we have a fantastic team and fantastic care and I am so delighted that this has been formally recognised by the CQC. I am so proud of our staff, and I would like to thank each and every one for their dedication and commitment to the delivery of quality care to our residents".
