We are absolutely thrilled to announce another truly exceptional milestone at Quantum Care. This year we are celebrating the remarkable achievement of 20 colleagues who have dedicated two decades of their professional journey to our company.

For over 30 years, Quantum Care has been unwavering in its commitment to providing compassionate care within each of the communities that we serve. As a not-for-profit Community Benefit Society, our purpose goes beyond profits; it's about enriching lives and creating a positive impact every day. 

Having another 20 team members, including 2 of our home managers, reach this significant anniversary is a testament to the exceptional work environment and culture we've nurtured together. In an ever-changing professional landscape, their steadfast loyalty truly warms our hearts and reinforces the sense of belonging we strive to cultivate. 

Our Chief Executive Maria Ball who also celebrates 20 years’ service in 2023 said “It’s been 20 wonderful years at a wonderful company and we have all had the chance to work with an amazing group of people along the way. I believe the fact that there are so many people celebrating 20 years at Quantum Care speaks volumes about us and our company values, one of which is that “each and every employee is important”.
