Fruity Friday at Vesta Lodge

Residents and day centre members enjoying a fruity Friday at Vesta Lodge! Different fruits and juices were brought out to sample which everyone greatly enjoyed and followed up with some singing and reminiscing and, finally, some dancing and seated exercises to top of the healthy theme of the day! Vesta often try out new activities with their residents certainly liked this one!
