To the Manager, I am writing to thank you and the staff at Fosse House for the care you all gave to my cousin. During the years she has been with you I have been most impressed with your regular communication and friendly manner whenever I phoned to ask about her. I am especially grateful to the lady who spoke to me on the phone several times on the day she passed away. She was so gentle and kind to me and I felt assured that she was being well looked after.
