Introducing the 6th Annual Quantum Care Awards

We are delighted to be introducing the 6th Quantum Care Awards. These awards will be taking place during a very special and exciting year for Quantum Care. We are proud to be celebrating our 20th anniversary and we will be running a series of events at our Homes throughout the year to mark the occasion. This year’s Care Awards will give us an opportunity to showcase 20 years of excellence. We want to be able to identify and thank those members of staff who are committed to excellence and best practice. This is your chance to tell us about members of staff who you think deserve to be recognised for the work they do in your Home or for the Company overall. We want to involve everyone by asking you to nominate a member or team of staff for an appropriate award. There will be winners and runners up in each category, but to ensure that all people who are nominated are recognised, every person with a nomination will receive a letter to inform them that the work they do is recognised and valued. 2012 also sees the introduction of a new award. The Innovation Award follows on from the Innovations Forums held across the organisation in 2011. This award will enable us to highlight new and original ideas that have been introduced into our Homes. The Gala Awards Night will be held on Friday 13th July at the Holiday Inn, Elstree, where the winners will be presented with their awards. The finalists have been announced and can be seen here.
