Level 4 Apprentices

Here are Maggie from Dukeminster Court and Jade from Heath House who are working on their Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Care. This is our new qualification to support our newly appointed deputies or for CTM’s/Seniors aspiring to become deputy managers.
Quantum Care will be working in partnership with Lifetime Training running group session to not only teach them how to lead a team, but also to learn about how Quantum Care’s different departments work together and what shapes our values. #apprenticeships #NAW2021
