Dear Alison, My family and I would like to thank you and all of your staff for the calm, thoughtful and compassionate care you gave Mum in the last week of her life. We very much appreciated that our, and her, wishes were respected and she was able to stay at Beane River View in a kind and peaceful environment, out of pain and in familiar surroundings. Your staff could not have done more for her or us. We are also grateful for the care and support given to her in the past year whilst she has been a resident at Beane River View.
