Quantum Care Bake Off Winner 2016

The judging is over and the results are in: the winner of the Quantum Care Bake Off 2016 is Carl Vockins, Chef Manager from Meresworth with his Meresworth Bear Cake! Pedro from Hyde Valley was a close runner up with the Mayfair Lodge entry taking third place; well done to all those who entered and especially to our winner! A special thanks to Louise Clarke from Unilever for taking on the role of judge and reaching the difficult decision. Judging categories included texture and design, neatness, whether there was a surprise inside such as an interior pattern or being stuffed with chocolates and, of course, taste! All of our entries were incredible and we look forward to another close competition next year.
