Tara's Exercises at Meresworth

Every other Thursday, Tara comes to Meresworth to hold her exercise sessions. These take place in the Lynsters room from 10:30am to 11:00am and in the Pynesfield room from 11:00am to 11:30am. Tara and her sessions are very popular with the home's residents and the two sessions make sure that everyone who wants to join in gets the opportunity to do so. Some even come to both sessions.
