Tea and Coffee Afternoon

Beane River View in Hertford had County Councillor Peter Ruffles, a regular visitor to the home, open their coffee morning! The home will be hosting a community tea and coffee event every week on Tuesdays from 2.30 to 3.30, open to people living in and around Hertford.
