Dear Manager, I write to express my thanks for all that Jonathan has been doing for the residents of the home. His enthusiasm to motivate the residents with musical events, cinema evenings etc. is to be admired and encouraged. I am sure the residents all gain something from these events... It may be that other resident's families who are not able to visit as often as they would like due to travel/work commitments will see this correspondence and see what good work Greenacres is doing for their family.
