Vesta Lodge recently held their first Bistro Evening; inviting families to join them for a night of fine dining! Guests had a choice from the delicious set menu of salmon or soup, followed by minted lamb or roast mushroom and finishing off with sticky toffee pudding or flambe pineapple and ice cream. Staff from the home provided a first class table service and set off the atmosphere perfectly. The event was a huge success with diners having a wonderful time chatting over an excellent meal and plenty of wine! A big thanks to everyone who attended and to those who worked so hard, both in the kitchen and the dining area, to make everything run so smoothly!
