Allanah Hudson
Home Manager
The Home Manager runs all aspects of the home and ensures that the home provides a high standard of care. While each Manager brings their own flair to the role, they do all have some qualities in common, especially their leadership and organisational skills. The role is very varied, involving plenty of resident interaction alongside the more administrative work to keep the home running smoothly. Our Managers typically hold, or are working towards, a relevant qualification and have proven experience in caring for older people.
Caroline Faulkner

Lucia Angell
Deputy Manager
I started my care journey at the age of 18 where I began as a domiciliary care worker, working my way up to deputy home manager. I first started working for Quantum care in 2015 and have been very lucky to have worked in several homes, gaining experience and supporting other colleagues to implement changes to ensure our residents are receiving the best standard of care.
I am passionate about making a difference to our residents lives and getting the quality care they deserve.
Satpal Kambo
Chef Manager
The Chef Manager organises every aspect of the catering operation and provides a safe, nutritious, quality service to our residents using freshly produced food. With a hands-on role, leading a team, they provide a quality catering service and help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our residents. Working with our residents they help to create menus to meet their needs and suit their tastes. They also create and provide fine dining events, using Quantum Care’s award-winning Dining Club concept.
Wendy Dobbs
