We celebrated the dedication, professionalism and achievements of our staff at our annual Care and Training Awards, held on Thursday 17 September at Hertfordshire Zoo in Broxbourne.
The event brought together colleagues from across our care homes to celebrate excellence in care and recognise the commitment of team members who have successfully completed qualifications with the support of our Learning and Development Department.
The Training Awards recognised the hard work and determination of team members who have invested in their professional development and achieved qualifications while continuing to fulfil their roles across our homes and support services.
Our Care Awards honoured the individuals and teams who make a difference to the lives of our residents every day. Awards were presented across a wide range of categories, celebrating colleagues working in care, catering, housekeeping, activities, leadership and support services.
Our Care Award finalists were nominated by colleagues, residents, relatives and health and social care professionals. Their nominations highlighted the exceptional standards, dedication and kindness demonstrated by our staff, as well as the many ways in which they go above and beyond for our residents, their families and one another.
