Willow Court offers a wide range of communal areas including inviting lounges, cosy corners, dining rooms and more.
The home includes a Best Friends Café which is a place where you can sit and enjoy tea, coffee and homemade cakes with visiting family and friends. The café’s French doors open onto one of the home’s garden patios, perfect for spring and summer parties, BBQs and visiting entertainers.
Within Willow Court you will also find a hair and beauty salon where you can enjoy a spot of pampering.
All bedrooms are en-suite and are fully furnished. Each room benefits from internet connectivity, a telephone point and a nurse call system. Rooms within the extension to the home also include a shower.
If you enjoy the outdoors, the beautifully landscaped garden benefits from a number of seating areas, a gazebo and plenty of raised flower beds where you can enjoy a spot of gardening, or simply relax and take in the surroundings.
At Willow Court we have a designated Activity Care Worker who is on hand to plan a wide range of activities for you to enjoy. From arts and crafts and light exercise, to entertainment and days out – you are sure to find something to enjoy.
Willow Court also offers an Adult Day Care Service which provides care during the day for individuals who live within the local community. Meet our team
Derya Aydin
Home Manager
My career in care started in 2004 after graduating from University with an MBA and I have been in different management roles since 2017.
Having worked in Health and Social Care all my career, I can not imagine myself doing anything else. I am passionate about enabling residents to continue to live their lives to the fullest and as independently as possible. I also love being involved in the day-to-day running of a home, working alongside the team and getting to know our residents and their families.
I joined Quantum Care in March 2026, attracted to their reputation for delivering quality care services to older people and their not-for-profit Community Benefit Society status meaning that every resource goes back into what truly matters - exceptional care, warm and welcoming homes, and dedicated teams who put people first.
Lacey Poole
Deputy Manager
The Deputy Manager shares responsibility with the Home Manager for running the home. Deputy Manager’s will each bring their own skill set to the home, some offering more assistance with the business side of things while others focus largely on care. However, whether they look at it from a business or care perspective, the focus of the Deputy is always to ensure that their home is offering the very best quality of life for our residents. Experienced and either holding or working towards their qualifications, Deputy Managers are driven to providing the best of everything for their residents.
Paul Campbell
Chef Manager
I like knowing I help to make a difference on a daily basis to the residents’ lives, and hopefully I help to brighten up their day.
Claire Gilbert
Housekeeping Manager
My name is Claire Gilbert and I have worked for Quantum Care at Willow Court for many years. I have had multiple job roles, starting as a care worker and leading up to becoming a housekeeping manager. I enjoy my job as I like learning new skills, working as part of a team and meeting residents and their families.
Roxanne Quinn
Administrator
I am one of the administrators at Willow Court. I love my job and the fact that no two days are the same. I have worked for Quantum care for a number of years in various roles within our homes. I love working within the care sector.
Andrea Santos
Administrator
The administrator will focus on the smooth running of the home. From greeting visitors to recruiting, the administrator is present in many aspects of life in the home, even if you don’t always see them! To be successful in the role, our administrators have to be flexible and calm, able to multi-task and always keen to take on a new challenge. It’s often the administrator that brings the IT skills to a home, helping them to keep everything organised. Above that though, administrators are communicators, able to speak confidently and listen closely to everyone from managers and care workers to visitors and residents.
