If you enjoy the outdoors, the beautifully landscaped garden benefits from a number of seating areas, a gazebo and plenty of raised flower beds where you can enjoy a spot of gardening, or simply relax and take in the surroundings.

At Willow Court we have a designated Activity Care Worker who is on hand to plan a wide range of activities for you to enjoy. From arts and crafts and light exercise, to entertainment and days out – you are sure to find something to enjoy.

Willow Court also offers an Adult Day Care Service which provides care during the day for individuals who live within the local community. I cannot begin to express how grateful we are to you for the wonderful, loving care you gave to mum. This last year she was truly happy. She often said "I am very lucky they are so kind and look after me well here".  As you know, mum knew her own mind and loved and appreciated the attention you gave her. You made our visits so much more comfortable with your regular detailed updates on how she was - often just little things she'd said or done. You were always welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We felt the genuine affection you had for her. You all have our deepest heartfelt gratitude.

To all the staff at Willow Court. Thank you so much for all the help I received during my recent two week respite stay with you. Without your kindness and help I don't think I would have achieved the progress that I've made following my six weeks in hospital. I'm now walking without a stick and beginning to return to normal life. Thank you. My best wishes to you all.

We wanted to write to say thank you for all the time, care, attention and love that you shared with our dad over the time he was at Willow Court. We really appreciate this, and all the effort various people went to in understanding dad and giving him the respect and space that he needed while he stayed with you. Friendly and welcoming to us, we’ve always felt very welcome whenever we visited dad – thank you. With thanks and best wishes

I had to look into the Day Care Centre for my mother and I was feeling very nervous about this decision. We came across the Q Club in Willow Court Harpenden and my mother was so nervous but the team made everything as easy as possible. They were very caring and loving and without them I honestly do not know how I could have settled my mother. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty, and have given me reassuring advice and phone calls to inform me my mother is happy. My mother cannot wait to go to Q Club now and is so happy.

I would like to thank you so very much, on behalf of my brothers, for the exceptional care my mother receives at Willow Court. It is such a kind, friendly, caring environment and it feels like a very creative atmosphere where everyone does their best to make the lives of the residents as pleasant as possible. I recommended my friend to send her mother to you and she was so impressed by Willow Court and has been extremely grateful to me for finding you.

I just want to say that on both my mother’s stays in the home, I and the family found all the staff absolutely wonderful. Very thoughtful, caring and understanding. The home is always welcoming and warm on our arrival. I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you for looking after her so well.
