Deputy Chef Manager
As a Chef Manager, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring that residents receive delicious, nutritious meals that cater to their specific dietary needs and preferences. You will be responsible for planning and preparing meals that meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and safety.
This will involve designing menus that are not only appetizing but also meet the unique nutritional requirements of the residents, taking into account factors such a dietary restrictions, allergies, and medical conditions.
Beyond your culinary skills, you will have a crucial role in fostering a positive dining experience for residents, striving to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the dining area, where residents can gather to socialize and savour their meals.
