Senior Care Assistant roles at Quantum Care
As a Senior care assistant, you will take on a leadership role within the care team, guiding and supervising Care Workers to maintain high standards of care delivery. You will have a crucial role in promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and professionalism. With your wealth of knowledge and experience, you will oversee and coordinate the daily care routines, ensuring that each resident receives personalized and dignified support.
In addition to supervisory duties, you will liaise with families to ensure that the residents’ care plans are comprehensive and up-to-date, and all the while delivering person centred care.
