Garden City Court, our care home in Letchworth Garden City, has received an Excellent rating after a recent inspection by their Local Authority.
The Local Authority uses a process that helps them to consistently measure the quality of a service that they use and this generates a PAMMS (Provider Assessment Market Management Solution) report that grades various aspects of the home.
Garden City Court received either an Excellent or a Good rating in all measured categories resulting in an overall Excellent rating.
Allanah Hudson, the manager at the home said “We’re incredibly pleased with this report and proud of our staff and all that they do here at Garden City Court. They work day and night to bring the very best care to our residents and they deserve the recognition that this report brings for all their hard work.”
