David Norris

David is a Chartered Accountant with many years of experience at managing commercial companies 
at a senior level in a wide range of areas including retail and staffing. His consultancy work includes 
working together with the Church of England and Social Housing initiatives. Healthcare has featured 
significantly in a number of David’s roles and he has spent many years in the private sector 
developing a hospital and a nursing home group, which later floated on the Stock Exchange. More 
recently, David has worked with the Department of Health on a national service development 
programme, developing business cases for a number of NHS trusts. He has also worked for NHS 
England on national change programmes.

David has always lived in Hertfordshire and has direct experience of close family using Quantum 
Care’s services.
