Flexible hours

Our Quantum Flexi team works alongside our permanent employees, covering vacant shifts that suit their personal availability in our homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. As you can imagine, we need different people with the right skills, dedication and expertise to provide the care that our residents deserve. We not only need people who can give direct care, but also those who are able to provide catering, administration, maintenance and housekeeping services.
