Quantum Care is celebrating after winning two awards at this year’s Hertfordshire Care Providers Association (HCPA) Care Awards.
Colin Lines, Maintenance Operative at Mountbatten Lodge, was presented with the Compassion Award for Residential Care. Colin was recognised by the judges for his exceptional compassion, kindness and natural ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, making a lasting difference to the lives of those he supports every day.
Although Colin was unable to attend the awards ceremony, his award was collected on his behalf by Sam Pinto, Housekeeping Manager at Mountbatten Lodge.
The Treetops Namaste Care Team at Belmont View also celebrated success, winning the Most Innovative Residential Care Team Award. The judges recognised the team’s pioneering approach to dementia care through the Namaste Care programme, which has transformed the wellbeing and quality of life of residents living with advanced dementia.
These awards are a fantastic recognition of the dedication, compassion and innovation demonstrated by colleagues across Quantum Care every day.
