Residents from Courtland Lodge Care Home recently enjoyed a relaxing four hour canal boat trip, hosted by Waterways Experience. Fortunate to have the sun shining, the outing provided the perfect opportunity to unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings.
During the journey, the group paused to collect freshly prepared fish and chips to dine on board before gently cruising back along the waterway. It was such a wonderful time for all, with one resident describing the trip as ‘pure bliss’.
