There are always so many activities going on or people for Nan to talk to, which is great. She really likes all of the staff, they are very friendly and always willing to help her with her care. If I ring to check on her all the staff know who she is and how she is doing. The manager has a very caring manner and knows the residents well. She has been extremely kind and accommodating to our family and we are so pleased with the care Nan is receiving.
