The carers at Oakmoor Lodge are so kind and thoughtful and have welcomed me, as well as my mum, into the Oakmoor Lodge family. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them – if I ask a question I am never told that it is not that person’s job – instead they will always find the person I need and so things tend to get sorted out quickly. A chiropodist and hairdresser who also visit is good. Communication is excellent between the home and me so I always know how my mum is and I can leave there knowing she is safe and cared for. There is a good weekly timetable of activities led by two lovely, smiley co-ordinators! There is regular live entertainment – singers or musicians which my mum loves. Thank you to all for taking care of my mum.
