When visiting for the first time, we were very impressed with the welcome we received. We inspected the rooms, which were generous in size with an excellent en-suite shower room. During my stay I was greeted by staff by my first name, the staff were excellent, making sure I wanted for nothing, even wheeling me on fine days to the garden. Night staff check rooms every two hours. Excellent security, good food, well presented and not repeated throughout my stay. My thanks to all the staff for an excellent experience.
