I had to look into the Day Care Centre for my mother and I was feeling very nervous about this decision. We came across the Q Club in Willow Court Harpenden and my mother was so nervous but the team made everything as easy as possible. They were very caring and loving and without them I honestly do not know how I could have settled my mother. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty, and have given me reassuring advice and phone calls to inform me my mother is happy. My mother cannot wait to go to Q Club now and is so happy.
