I cannot begin to express how grateful we are to you for the wonderful, loving care you gave to mum. This last year she was truly happy. She often said “I am very lucky they are so kind and look after me well here”. As you know, mum knew her own mind and loved and appreciated the attention you gave her.
You made our visits so much more comfortable with your regular detailed updates on how she was – often just little things she’d said or done. You were always welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We felt the genuine affection you had for her. You all have our deepest heartfelt gratitude.
