The Deputy Home Manager shares responsibility with the Home Manager for running the home. Deputy Manager’s will each bring their own skill set to the home, some offering more assistance with the business side of things while others focus largely on care. However, whether they look at it from a business or care perspective, the focus of the Deputy is always to ensure that their home is offering the very best quality of life for our residents. Experienced and either holding or working towards their qualifications, Deputy Home Managers are capable and driven to providing the best of everything for their residents.

Keeping the team of Housekeepers running as it should is the Housekeeping Manager. Supervising and organising their teams is just part of their role as these managers work alongside their team to keep the home clean and inviting. The team play an important role in maintaining our infection, prevention and control standards to make sure our residents stay safe and well.

I enjoy the variety that comes with my role as Administrator at Jubilee Court. It’s a very busy home and no two days are the same.
