Meet our team

Beth Hoskins
Home Manager
I know how fortunate I am, as the Home Manager to be able to care for those at Mountbatten Lodge. I am passionate about my residents care and happiness and ensuring that their needs are always met.

Sue Paternoster
Deputy Home Manager
I’m Sue and I’ve worked for Quantum since 2009 where I started as a care worker, then a care team manager and progressed to Deputy Manager. I started in care as I wanted a career change and boy was it a change for the better. My passion is exceptional quality care that makes a difference and supporting families through the good times and the bad. My only problem ….. I love all the residents and they have become my family.

Lorelie Lucas
Chef Manager
I love being able to take my passion of food and cooking and make a difference to the lives of the residents here at Mountbatten Lodge.

Amy Trundley
Housekeeping Manager
My job as a Housekeeping Manager allows me to be creative and effective whilst I manage my team of housekeepers to maintain high standards within the home. Quantum care allows me to enhance my talents whilst enabling me to gain positive relationships with our residents at Mountbatten Lodge.

Samantha Sharp

The Administrator will focus on the smooth running of the home; in whatever area they may be needed. From greeting visitors to recruiting, the Administrator is present in many aspects of life in the home, even if you don’t always see them! To be successful in the role, our Administrators have to be flexible and calm, able to multi-task and always keen to take on a new challenge. It’s often the Administrator that brings the IT skills to a home, helping them to keep everything organised. Above that though, Administrators are communicators, able to speak confidently and listen closely to everyone from Managers and Care Workers to visitors and residents.
